Job Summary:

PT. Indah Kiat Pulp and Paper, Tbk. is seeking an experienced Chemical Field Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in chemical operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our chemical processes within our esteemed organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

Execute chemical processes in accordance with established procedures, prioritizing safety and maintaining product quality.
Monitor and control equipment to sustain desired production output and product specifications.
Address operational issues promptly to minimize production downtime.

Safety and Compliance:

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
Comply with environmental regulations and best practices in chemical handling and disposal.
